Holistic structure of advanced communities providing a conscious and healthy lifestyle of inhabitants for the requirements of the new era

Vision and mission: We create a loving, caring and healthy community where people live interconnected in accordance with nature, natural laws, and the divine order. This is a place where the consciousness and the spiritual potential of man can easily develop for the next evolutionary step of each individual and thus of mankind.

1. Overall geographic community structure

The communities of the new era should follow the natural geometries thus copying the natural patterns that life shows to us as a blueprint.

Communities will not exceed max. 2000 people for each unit to stay in a healthy exchange with nature and each other.

Each community unit will freely exchange with the neighbor units for the sake of the support, the health and wellbeing of each unit, like cells in the body do similarly. This covers trade, services, support, etc.

The village structure should be built on the basis of natural geometries due to the maximum connection with natural principles and energy.

The proposal is to build villages in the form of a combination of a hexagon and a spiral. Both forms a purely natural forms and provide the natural flow of energy to and from the community village.

This structure in a ring form will then be divided into separate plots where the houses are built. That means no square or rectangle structures like nowadays.

In the middle of the village, a holistic health and seminar/education center is located.

Around the center, there is a big natural park for the purpose of connecting with nature and other beings. It should provide natural space for leisure, enjoyment, and play and all kind of activities as well as events. This park is designed according to natural principles and contains a broad biodiversity like nature does also.

A part of the park will be used for an area for domestic animals. This area will be strictly designed according to the natural environment and needs of the animals, where they also have enough space for a good living.

The first ring then will be shops and just small stores for everyday necessities as well as restaurants, cafes, pubs etc. No malls and big stores, just tiny shops. This is the inner ring of the village center. The next geometric ring is where the houses around the village center are located. All ways to the center are short and easily reachable.

The houses and the according plots are then arranged spirally in rings with the house itself in the front and a big natural space of land for gardening and organic food production etc. behind.

All plots are designed for sustainable and natural living. They contain big gardens with a lot of trees, bushes, plants etc. for a surrounding in accordance with nature.

The whole community area is planned to contain small forests/strips of trees around the village as well as small lakes, ponds, rivers according to natural order to give people the possibility to easily connect to nature within short distances.

The last outer ring is designed to contain 3 or 4 farms, which work strictly on the basis of organic/natural principles. These farms are responsible for the supply of the whole village as well as producing organic food for trade with neighbor communities if necessary.

2. Community parts / functional units

The community consists of several parts and units for optimum support of the community and a deep and joyful experience of life in all its aspects for every inhabitant.

These parts are:

– the holistic health and seminar/education center in the middle of the community – natural park for leisure and enjoyment and activities of all kind
– small shops for food supply and related products
– little businesses for providing all kind of services and craftwork

– small restaurants, bars, pubs etc. for social gathering

– small administration based on a council of the elder (in a way like it was handled in tribes) and comprehensive support office for the inhabitants

– appropriate small central facilities for water supply, energy supply, public gardening, technology maintenance, garbage recycling, central craftwork distribution etc.

– intelligent street infrastructure to easily connect all areas within short distances – holistic education center for good natural education of children and teenagers – ecological/organic farm units located at the outer ring of the community

3. Housing and public infrastructure

The houses in the village are all of the appropriate sizes for families, that means they consist of two levels at maximum. They will be smaller than the houses today, thus giving the possibility to have more natural surrounding. Also, there will be no apartment blocks or other big buildings.

All houses will be constructed using mainly natural materials, thus avoiding the use of chemicals and chemical elements in the construction materials and process. Wood, stone, clay etc. could be preferred materials here.

Each house is equipped with a free energy generator to provide a decentralized supply of electricity and energy for heating.

A big garden will be located behind the house so that there is plenty of room for connection with nature, recreation, leisure, and outdoor activities.
Each house will have a good distance to the next one so that there is plenty of room between the houses.

The pathways and similar installations on the plot are also fully built with natural materials. The plot will be surrounded by a natural green fence with bushes and small trees. The garden itself will contain a diversity of trees, bushes, herb and flower areas etc. as well as a permaculture garden for small organic farming if wanted. Everything is designed in accordance with nature as much as possible.

One of the basic points of all units and all levels is to provide the possibility of self- sustainability and integration with natural laws, beginning with the houses and their gardens.

The public infrastructure is designed to provide short ways to each unit and community area as much as possible. All the streets and pathways will also be built strictly with natural materials and will have rows of trees at their sides.

Public places, art installations, and sculptures are also build using natural materials and equipped with trees for natural surrounding.

4. Healthcare and holistic seminar/education center

The holistic center is located In the middle of the village. One of its main functions is to provide free healthcare to all beings in the village. Mainly alternative and holistic treatments will be used, whereas doctors, holistic practitioners, and healers work together. In the case of e.g. emergency situations regular medicine can be used, but just for acute cases.

The second function of the center is to provide free education for all inhabitants, may it be in the form of workshops, seminars or learning classes.
The focus here is placed on the holistic personal and spiritual development of each person, based on knowledge transfer and training on all topics related to body, mind, and soul.

A third function is to provide a place for meetings, discussion rounds, gathering as well as coming together for all kinds of events and activities like singing, dancing, art, making music etc.

The center is surrounded by a big natural park which gives people the possibility for all kind of outdoor activities, social life, recreation, leisure, conscious connection with nature and beings, etc.
The park is designed according to natural principles with a diversity of plants as well as small ponds, small streams and a variety of animals. Beings just meet there peacefully and enjoy spending time with each other.

5. Agriculture

The farms located at the outer ring of the village produce organic food for the community. These farms strictly work on the basis of natural and organic/ecological principles.
Agricultural chemicals will not be used, but natural substances like herbs etc. for the protection and health of the plants.

The soil will be permanently regenerated according to the principle: When you take something, you have to give something back. So we pay close attention to the cycles of nature, may it be earth or water or air etc. We intelligently participate in these natural cycles by understanding natural laws and support/maintain them.

The natural technology we use in the farms is first based on the use of EM-Technology (Efficient Microorganisms). This is a combination of natural microorganisms which clean and nourishes the soil by transforming green plant material into healthy soil. They also remove toxins and can be used for water purification. This is a technology we copy from nature because with a good positive bacteria level the environment stays balanced and healthy.

The next principle we copy from nature is the use of so-called Terra Preta. It is an ancient technology to produce black earth, which is rich in minerals and nutrients. It is made of natural substances, like charcoal, sawmill waste, and green plant material. This will perfectly nourish the soil and the plants.

Monoculture will be refused due to its harmful side effects for the soil and the plants and therefore for nature itself. A switch to permaculture is proposed or another cultivation method which works in harmony with natural laws. This is a point that needs to be further discussed/detailed.

The machinery needed for farm work needs to be environmentally friendly as possible, that means no fuel powered engines will be used. As in the village, in general, we use electric and/or water powered engines and vehicles.

6. Transportation

Transportation, in general, is fully based on eco-friendly technology. That means that all vehicles are powered by electricity an/or other concepts where we use universal/natural forces to drive the machinery we use. The electricity can easily be produced with free energy generators and thus used for the technology we want to help us in daily life.

There will be a mixture of different transportation methods so everyone can decide what is useful for his personal preference.

The public transport is based on buses, trams, and trains as we know it, which operate electrically on a new level with the use of electricity which is produced fully eco-friendly. Each vehicle could also be equipped with a free energy generator so that they can operate independently at the best possible level of operation without any pollution.

New technology cars will be allowed in the village also, but on a smaller scale than we experience it nowadays with conventional vehicles. We prefer using all transportation methods, may it be walking, cycling, horse riding, coaches, buses, trams, trains etc. Every transportation method is allowed as the inhabitants prefer it. Technology that produces pollution will not be allowed because it harms nature and violates natural laws.

Public transport will be totally free of charge for inhabitants. The transport network is for connecting areas and people effectively so that everybody can reach every place the way they want in an efficient way.

7. Education and childcare

Education and childcare will be realized totally different from the systems we have nowadays. Children and teenagers can choose to attend a school by free will or to be educated at home.
If they decide to join a school they will be educated according to natural principles. Classes will be small and not only be held in a classroom but will mainly receive teaching and education outside in nature to connect and learn from natural principles.

There will be no teaching of useless knowledge which can‘t be used for natural connected living, just the basics for being part of nature and natural laws. Additionally, we fully emphasize the teachings of spiritual principles and of the rules of life itself, so that kids grow up with an awareness and consciousness of their unique talents and abilities and their special part in the bigger picture of life.

We strongly support the unfolding of the immanent abilities of each child and teenager so that they can fully realize their potential. With everyone unfolding his potential we create a community that works seamlessly and harmonic together.

Child care should also be fully in the responsibility of the community for transferring knowledge and wisdom to them. We support the concept of discovering life in a playful way so that young children are able to discover life in a way that brings joy and happiness to them. There could be installations like kindergartens or young children are being taken care of by family and/or especially elders.

The older ones could care perfectly for children in a very good way because they can share their life experience and wisdom with them. This can be realized, as mentioned, in institutions like kindergartens or in family environments or within the whole community.

Elders care for children and transport wisdom to them while children enhance and enrich the lives of the older ones so both of them can learn from each other and make room for growth, happiness and joyous being together with each other.

8. Recreation and leisure

Recreation and leisure is a central point in this concept. Inhabitants could enjoy spending time together, being in nature and enjoying all kinds of activities, The community supports every kind of expression of oneself, may it be play, arts, music, singing, dancing, creative work of all kind etc.

We want to create a happy and joyous community where people love to spend time with each other and enjoy being part of nature.

There is no need to spend excessive time for working to make a living, rather than to engage in community activities and give something to the community – and the community gives back to you everything you need.

Being in nature and spend time with each other as well as being connected with other beings will give inhabitants peace of mind and support their creativity. Meditation, inner work, exchange and cultivation of the mind will contribute to a healthy society.

There will be a variety of different activities and events, located at the holistic center, the park, and the inner ring to enhance people‘s experience of the joy of life. Coming together, experiencing quality time together, gathering and connectedness are the main goals.

Activities have a broad bandwidth regarding all kinds of outdoor activities, as well as inside activities like discussions/philosophy rounds, workshops, knowledge exchange, arts, play in any kind, making music, singing, dancing, learning from each other, spiritual experiences, personal growth and celebrating life in any form.

The outdoor activities focus on experiencing life in a very natural way, enjoying time with family and friends and with the whole community. The possibilities here are limitless according to what people want to experience. The community supports everything that inhabitants want to express and want to live in an environment that support joyous and fulfilled living in every aspect.
